Don: For 1901 and 1911, go to www.automatedgenealogy.com and type in the surname and choose an initial. From the results you will have to then keep refining you search using, for example, a first name and a birth month. Or you can go here http://www.automatedgenealogy.com/census/District.jsp?id=114 and type in the surname. I assume you are certain they were in Nottawasaga Tp at that time. Or click on the first letter of the surname and scroll down, looking for the surname, possible variations on it, etc. The 1891 and other gene records are indexed here: http://www.simcoebogs.com/ Click on Settler's database and type in your surname leaving the boxes to the left as they appear now. If you find someone and you want to see the whole family, copy the 1891 census citation, which, in the far right column will look something like this Tay Dist L3 Pg 1 Line 10 so in the search box at the top, don't put a surname but rather copy and paste this Tay Dist L3 Pg 1 delete the line number, and click search. Everyone who is on that page of the Tay census for District L3 will come up. If you need more help send me the names of the people you are looking for as well as any other info you have already, like birthdate and place of birth, even approximate and I will try to help you.
