Listers: I've just spent three days in Lanark Cty doing research and have come up on the 1861 census a child not known of. For the "John Shean" family (should be Shane sometimes transcribed as Shaw) of Ramsey Twp. there is a "W.P. age 12 male". I'm hoping he's died within the time of registrations - he's not on the 1871 census with the family although maybe somewhere else. I ran out of time to check further. If someone could check for me, it would be much appreciated. Thank you. Catherine
