    3. Hi; The place in question is VALORA, which was about 42 miles from Sioux Lookout. See http://www.railvids.com/Valora/valora.htm for more. It was about 125 miles east of Kenora, which was renamed from KEewatin, NOrman and RAt Portage in the early 1900s, not c. 1945. The Manitoba border DOES NOT split Kenora.
