Ancestry shows Death Registration # 002627 for an Aurilla (House) Tait w/o Andrew died in Toronto on 30 March, 1922. Her Father was John House. Funeral Parlour F.W. Mathews & Co at 665 Spadina Ave. She is buried in Orillia. Hope this is the correct Aurilla Ellen

I did not see a posted question re Tait & House, so perhaps I'm giving you info you already have..... The 1911 Canada Census shows an entry for Andrew J. Tait, age 72, living on Colbourne Street in Orillia who was born in Scotland, arrived in Canada in 1848. His wife Aurilla was born in Ontario, age 69 and they had living with them a daughter age 32 called Orma H. The family were of the Methodist religion. The 1901 Census [ www.automatedgenealogy.com ]shows the Taits with other daughters and a son in law living with them. Cheers!
