Hello Sharon, If this is your right Arthur, you can find a mention of him in the Essex Free press in 1920 . It just mentions he was living in Cleveland Ohio. The paper can be found at http://knowledge.library.utoronto.ca/newspapers/ Then if you look at the 1930 census it gives Arthur's birth location as England about 1892, immigration date 1909 to US . He is also in Cleveland in 1920 with an immigration date of 1915. His WWI draft registration gives his middle name as Turnick , birthdate Mar 8 1892, and birth location as Cheswick England.
