Can anyone tell me where I can find patient records of the Rockwood Asylum 1861/71/81 era? I've checked Ontario Archives and Library and Archives Canada and neither has a listing for patient records. I understand they are available, but where? If a death took place in the Asylum would it not have to be registered after 1881? I've not been able to find his death which must have taken place after 1881as he was still incarcerated at the Asylum in the census. Thanks for any help. Catherine
