Good Morning Maggie: I went through the 1911 Canada Census for the surname Deverell and found one with the occupation of butcher. Go to www.automatedgenealogy.com select 1911 Census and in Hamilton, Ontario on page 15 you will find an entry for Robert Deverell and his wife Catherine. Robert's occupation is given as a butcher which you can read on the "split view". You could write to the central library in Hamilton, Ontario for more information re the Young street address as, according to a Google search, there is a 'Young' street in Hamilton. Cheers!
