Ontario Locator shows 2 Black Rivers in Ontario. One is in South Marysburgh Twp., Prince Edward Co., The other is in Cornwall Twp., Stormont Co. There is also a Black River - Matheson which is in the Cochrane District of Ontario. I find Ontario Locator a most useful site. It can be found by just googling "Ontario Locator". Good Luck!
