Would anyone have access to old newspapers for Stratford, Ontario? I need details of a birth announcement in order to find the parents of Sandra (Alexandra?) Duncan, born on or about 10th October 1936 in Stratford. Sandra eventually moved to BC around 1970 and all I know about the Duncan family is that the father worked for the railroad c. 1930's.
