Hello Shirl, You can track down the names of the family by getting the obituary of Josephine and then other members of the family mentioned in the online Toronto Star archives. See http://pagesofthepast.ca/ This database may also be available through your local library. Her parents were Thomas Skidmore and Selina/Selena McIllwrath. I found the obits for Josephine in 1991 and her mother April 1 1965. There are probably others there for the family. There was no mention of the 1937 wedding but there was one for her sister Annette April 30 1940. Mrs Earl Terry was matron of honour. Then you can find the parents on Ancestry in the passenger records. Selina b abt 1888 arrived in 1913 from Glasgow Scotland with 2 children Thomas and Albert to join her husband. Thomas had arrived July 1912 from Glasgow to join brother. Thomas' Canadian attestation papers for WWI say he was born in Liverpool in 1887.
