Hello Relatives recently cleaned the William L. Tait family Stele in Bracebridge. On the back is a record of a unknown grandson William P. Age 36, Died Jan 22, 1895. I have looked for who he might be under Tait without finding him. I would be pleased with any help that listers might provide. Hi Don, Ancestry shows a William P. GATE died 22 Jan 1895 in Monck Twp., Muskoka District . He was born in Pennsylvania and died of consumption (T.B.). Occupation listed as Pensioner of the US. The informant was Robert May of Monck Twp. Hope this helps.
