The request from my cousin was I had a request for info' on Hamilton and Northwest Colonization Society that brought our first people to Birtle 1879. I've never heard of "Hamilton" nor "Northwest Colonization Society". Since it's history I found the request interesting and thought I wouldn't have much trouble finding something. You might have better luck with a Manitoba mailing list; Birtle is in Manitoba and the Hamilton and Northwest Colonization Society brought settlers to that area.
