John, I'm here. I went to the library and read the legal description of the material on the applications for pensions of Rev. War soldiers. Myra Gormley appears to be right. The date given on the application is the age of that person when filing the application. I ordered the microfilm of George's records through my library and it has not come as yet. If the date that Myra Gormley showed is correct, then the date of his birth as we have had it is not correct. I copied the legal description if anyone would like to see a copy. As soon as the film arrives, I will let you know what I find. I personally believe that we presently have an incorrect birthdate. Anne
