Does anyone know of any O'Neals who might have migrated to Mississippi prior to the Civil War? I am trying to locate brothers and sisters of Jesse and James Albert O'Neal. Believe there might have been a sister named Sallie and possibly one named Carrie. Also, there was a sister named Ella O'Neal who married a man named McNeil. Possibly, there was a brother named John. My grandfather was James Albert O'Neal who was born in 1873 and died in 1949. I have so little info on the O'Neals of Mississippi but I believe they migrated to Smith County, Mississippi - dates unknow and where they came from - also unknown. Would appreciate any info.
