Judy, I can't connect with my O'Neals but feel their must be a connection there somewhere. My O'Neals are from Giles Co., TN and Lincoln Co. TN which are located next to Bedford Co., TN. They also lived in AL for awhile. The time period is also close enough that Wiley O'Neal and Braxton could be brothers or cousins... What do you think?
