John O'Neall, Thank you very much for your source records and comments of John O'Neill, born 1745 Delaware. I completely agree with your conclusions; that what little is recorded of John O'Neill contains a lot of speculation and second person heresay. I have found evidence, both real and circumstantial, that indicates John O'Neill did not die 1781 in Union District, South Carolina, but in fact lived a full life and died 1801 in Union County, South Carolina, leaving many children and descendants.
