Dear Tim, A second cousin and I are slowly workin on our O'Neill branch and this much we know. I'm 73 and my grandfather was charles O'Neill, immigrated from Ireland(maybe Scotland) in 1862 and then returned to Scotland to marry Katherine Dufy, who's first name may have been Mary. They had 13 children, 10 of whom survived to adulthood . We have records of these ten and their descendants. I'm sure Chas. was naturalized in Philadelphia in 1865. Their ist born (who survived) was Peter , who was born in Coalberg, WVA in 1867. I knew him and actually worked for his son, my cousin, during WWII for awhile.
