I'm currently living in England and yesterday while on a tour of the Abbey at Bath I ran accross this memorial and wondered if it would help anyone. "Here lies enterred the body of Sir Philip Frowde KNt who served his MAjie (majesty) Charles ye first in ye Qualities of Collonell of horse and Cott of Foot During ye whole late war, he had three wives ye first Elenor Lowther Daughter of Richard Lowther, esq. of ye North, by whom he had no issue. The Second Margaret ONeile Daughter of ye Province of Ulster in Ireland by whom he had four sons Philip, Frederick, Corney & Charles and only one Daughter Penelope. The third was Margaret Ashburnham Daughter of Sr John Ashburnham of Sussex by whom he had Allsoe foure sonns, Ashburnham, Peter, William Michaell He died ye sixth day of August 1674."
