Dear List Members, Has anyone out there lost one Judson S. Neal b.abt 1862 d. abt. 1886 and married to Elizabeth Arnold, dau. of John W. Arnold and Catherine Garrett? Located either in Shelby Co. or Woodford Co. KY. Judson was the ward of Merit Singleton O'Neal of Woodford Co. It is probably a strike in the dark but I thought I would try. Anne O'Neal
