Hi all~ Long time since I have written, hope you're well. I am going to Ireland, Great Britian, Scotland and Wales finally, and am hoping those of you who have been would provide me with some of the outstanding O'Neill and O'Neall sites to visit while I am there with my family. What I am looking for are the premier Antrim and Ulster places to visit which pertain to O'Neill history, such as Shane's Castle and Carrickfergus. If you would kindly write back with any tips about what are the 'must sees' I would surely appreciate it! If you know which people in the gen line (s) the places pertain too that would also be helpful, I am taking 2 children and this will be a learning vacation for all of us, I plan to teach them as I go and am preparing a booklet to take along with us to relate how each individual in the O'Neill clan relates to that place and that time in history. YOUR tips would be so important to these kids and to myself. If you have been to the important O'Neill places I would love to hear from you.
