    3. Hi Dave, I am not familiar with Cooperstown, or the White Plains area. Which states are we speaking of? Is O'Neill your last name? My Uncle James would have been born in Johnstone, Scotland about 1910. His brothers and sisters were: Jenny who lived in or about New Jersey, and Betty, Isabel, and Peter (my father) who lived in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. Other siblings remained in Scotland. All are deceased. I have my fingers crossed that perhaps we have a match.
