Hello to everyone on the Durham List, I am trying to find out more information on a William DREGGS who was listed on the 1871 census in Whitby West Township, district 48, Subdist =B, Division = 1, pg D. I guess this means he died within the previous 12 months if I have read the census index notes properly. Does anyone out there have access to the actual census return and could give me more details? I am trying to establish whether he was the same William Dreggs I have in my tree born around 1842 in Lincolnshire England.
