    3. Maybe someone can tell me......I have the following "Record of Death" for Richard TRICK: >From The Marriage Registers of Upper Canada/Canada West; Volume 7; Part 2; Newcastle District; 1848-1855"; by Dan Walker & Sharon Molakow; NorSim Research & Publishing; Delhi, 1996; (GRN 929.3713 Wal v.7 pt.2 c1); pg. 98: Baptisms and Burials by Rev'd R. S. Tucker, Bible Christian: "Richard Trick, age 53, of Port Hope, died 24 May 1849, Cancer in the Stomach." Would there be, anywhere, a more detailed listing of his death, such as a certificate, that might give his parents' names, and if so, where would I look to secure it? Richard was my great-great-grandfather. He was born September 22, 1799 in Morwenstow, Cornwall, England, and m. Catherine ELLIOTT June 24, 1822, same place. They immigrated to Ontario abt. 1833 and settled in Port Hope, Durham Co. It's possible they lived elsewhere in Ontario before settling there, but apparently were there by 1840 when Catherine died. I have their record of marriage from FHC. In addition, I have Richard in the 1848 Census for Newcastle Dist.; Northumberland Co., Hope Twp., this short death record, and cemetery records for both from Bible Christian Cemetery at Perrytown. Obviously, there is much I DON'T have. Any information very gratefully accepted! Thanks so much! Judy King
