Help! I recently got the michrofiche to the Canadian Statesman from the Clairington Library, and I do thank all the volunteers who must have spent many hours doing it. However, I am stumped by the notation "LPO" that occurs often. Does anyone know what this means? - Helen Strickley Bodega Bay, CA
