    3. I will need to check my info. Yes there were Marys, but cannot confirm until I check. So many lines in my ancestry. A cematery sounds exciting - Franklin Cty., New Jersey? The next 2 days will be very busy for me, so please be patient and I will get to it. Merry Christmas to you also. ----- Original Message ----- From: "PMiller864 via" <oller@rootsweb.com> To: oller@rootsweb.com Sent: Tuesday, December 23, 2014 10:10:03 PM Subject: [OLLER] Mary Oller My great grandmother was Mary Oller. She is listed as 18 and a domestic servant. This was from Franklin County, Columbus, Ohio. She married my great grandfather John Brant also from Franklin County. She had 3 sons by John and then divorced him and then married John Fallon, and had 3 more sons. She died in 1949 in Erie County, Sandusky, Ohio. I find no death records on any possible Ollers that might be her parents. There is a Oller Cemetery in Franklin County, and it is a good size cemetery. 3. Hi Heather, My great grandfather was Crawford C. Oller, first found in NJ, was in Iowa when he served in the Civil War, then moved to Ohio where he married Mary Catherine Flock. They lived in OH for a time then travelled all the way across the country to OR & WA. He was born in 1749 in NJ, but have found no record of his parents nor where they came from. Actually, I have seen some posts on Ancestry that mentioned parent's names, but have not been able to verify them. Crawford had a son, Wm., my grandfather whose daughter Mattie Josephine became my mother. It would be great if we were connected. You mention adoption papers - for whom? 2. Greetings, The Oller origins have been elusive for me. My g grandfather was Crawford Oller, b. 1829 probably in NJ and I have not been able to establish names of parents, although I have seen suggestions on Ancestry. I believe that a George previously located in the Longview/Kelso are of WA state was also related. Crawford also resided in Ohio, Iowa and then WA and lastly OR, where he is buried. He married Mary Catherine Flock. Have you determined ethnicity for your Geo., I believe my Ollers are of German descent? If there is a chance that we are related, I would love to hear from you. 2. Hi William, I am hoping you receive this. I am not presently a member of Ancestry, and struggled with trying to change the password last eve, and finally gave up. I am not certain who you are looking for, but I have a Peter listed in my line, He was born in 1837 to Elizabeth Oller, no father's name. On the 1850 census, they were living in Warren Twp., Tuscarawas County, Ohio in dwelling # 1. He married Lucinda, b. 1838, in Ohio. The children, all born in OH, listed on the census are: Susan, age 24 b. 1826; Magdanline, age 20, b. 1830; Lydia, age 18, b. 1832; Eva E., age 16m b, 1834; Rosanna, age 15, b. 1835; Peter, age 13, b. 1837; Joseph, age 8, b. 1842; Christiana age 7, b. 1843. There were two older brothers, Andrew J., age 26, b. 1824 who was married and lived in dwelling #2. He married Jemina (Jemima) Legget, 22 Jan 18 in Carroll County, OH. Jemima was born in 1826 in OH and died before 1910. Another brother was Crawford C. Oller, my g. grandfather, b. 1829 in NJ & died in 1884 in OR. He married Mary Catherine Flock. I have no record of him before his birth. How exciting that you are planning a trip to Germany! I have been there a few times, but as you say, Baden-Wurttemberg is a large area without specifics. I have seen Laichingen mentioned. I have searched quite extensively with no result as to their point of origin. It would be a dream come true for me to learn where they came from and, most especially to visit that area. I hope you will let me know if this seems to be a match for you.
