His mothers name was Doretta /Dora Nonemaker. He was born on 11/07/1900 in Kansas. His sibling names were: William,Alberta, & Lewis Oliver all from the OH,KS & MO area. All I know about his father is that he came from MO. Charles Ruby Oliver married my grandmother Pearl Daily on 07/05/1922 in Dodge City, KS. and together they had two sons named Charles Gaylord & Travis Tipton Oliver.
