This is a list of all the places of birth and death of the men in the lines of participants who have been Y DNA tested and shared their DNA. The page also lists the group page to check for more about which man and when he lived and died. This list will grow as more participants share their genealogy. Note that at times, some Oliver men from different families lived in the same place. Although we all often use geographic clustering in our research, it is not always indication of just one family, particularly with a name as common as Oliver. This list also shows that some lines trace back to various parts of Great Britain, including England, Ireland and Wales. We hope that you will be encouraged to have an Oliver male relative be tested when you see that others with ancestors who lived where yours lived have been tested. We have 26 men hoping for a match!
