I do not know of your OLIVER but I have OLIVERs from the London area that might, just might, be linked. Mine is a George Oliver born about 1853 in the East End of London; Whitehall or St George. I do not know his parents except he said that his father was a David Oliver, Boilermaker, when he married in 1880. Does your family fit mine?
