I am a descendant of an OLIVER family resident in Sunderland, County Durham soon after 1800. William OLIVER married Catherine BROWN 1823 Sunderland. Their children include: Margaret Curry Oliver, Wilson Oliver and Elizabeth Phillips Oliver. These unusual 2nd christian names would seem to indicate ties with relating familes by William and/or Catherine. However, attempts to resolve this has eluded me! (very frustrating!!!). Can anyone help? Do any of the above appear on your family tree somewhere?
