Mandley was one of 11 children but I do not know when or where he was born. He married Mildred Catlett and they had 4 children: Alfred, John B, James W, and Eli. I have very little other info on this line. The line of interest for me is through James and Frances' daughter Lavina, who married Benjamin Helm. She was born 19 Sep 1790 in Warren County VA.
