The only Oliver I could find in Leslie, KY that is close i have attached. In the 1920 census you will see a Wiley Oliver and on the next page is a Mae Howard. In the 1930 census I found Wiley but they listed his wife as Malie, which could be a transcript error. The one I think may b ethe one is listed as Johnie but was the only Oliver in the county with a close year of birth for your Oliver. Hope this helps.
