Are there multiple Col William Oldhams in Kentucky. I am looking for one whose daughter married Lawrence Ross of VA/KY in early l800. I have found one with wife named Penelope Pope in the same area but they do not seem to have a daughter named Susan. Another submitter has Susan Oldham married to Lawrence Ross and shows her father as someone other than Col William Oldham. My info from VA Genealogies lists her as d/o Col Wm Oldham. I do not know if the VA Genealogies is in error or if there are multiple Col William Oldhams Assistance appreciated.
