"A" Sarah Oldham was my 5GAunt bp. Nov. 24/1805 in Walton-on-the-Wolds, Nottingham/Leics', England. She m. James Shaw. Her parents were Thomas Oldham and Hannah Stanton m. 20 Oct 1786 (possibly the 30th) at Walton-on-the-Wolds. I have learned very little about the Oldham's and Stanton's and would like to learn more. The names are so close, please tell me where Mottram is located and the source of your information. Received mine from Nottingham Historical Group members.
