My Oldham's came out of Montgomery Co. TN and settled in Clay County Ar, and in Dunklin Co.MO. I don't know where the name change took place, my line stayed Oldham's all the way back to the 1557. I have read that some did change their name, but they were in MS. Sorry, couldn't be of more help. Shelia Oldham Wilburn
