SIMMONS who married Nancy OLDHAM in 1879 in Weakley Co., TN. I have a D.C. SIMMONS, son of my g grandfather, John SIMMONS, and his first wife, Mary "Polly" CROCKETT. D.C. (I've only seen initials in census data.) was born in 1857 in Weakley or Obion Co., TN. David C. and Nancy appeared in the 1880 Weakley Co. TN Census as follows: Dist. 14 - Household 110 SIMMONS, David C. 23 Farmer TN N.C. N.C. Nancy Wife 18 Tn N.C. N.C. I'm trying to determine if this David C. might possibly be my D.C. SIMMONS.
