In it he names daughters Henrietta and Elizabeth Jane, a son William Oldham (one yoke of oxen), and an unnamed relationship with Louise Humphreys, wife of John Humphreys (one yoke of oxen). He left to each of his own other unnamed children $20, and his wife Mary Oldham (whom he married in 1843) was to receive his land as long as Henrietta & Elizabeth Jane lived with her and until they married. At Mary's death, the 2 dau were to inherit his estate. Therefore, from Will & census records, we now know that Mary's son Jesse Applegate was married to Henrietta Oldham, and Mary was widow for 2nd time by Henrietta's father.
