    2. I am looking for descendents of the following: John SPITSNOGLE who married Katherine PERRILL. 21 July, 1842, Ann PERRILL w/m Jacob SPITSNOGLE 7, April 1842, Basil PERRILL w/m Polly CAMPBELL 25 Nov. 1797, Emily PERRILL w/m Samuel COONTZ 24 Dec. 1840, John PERRILL w/m Hannah MCFARLAND 17 Dec. 1829, John PERRILL w/m Mary PITZER 29 May, 1832, Dorsey HORNER w/m Mary PERRILL 5 April, 1832 and Thomas PERRILL w/m Rosanna EVERSOLE, all in Berkley Co. WVA. I have reason to believe some of these people are the siblings of my Elizabeth PERRILL w/m Thomas THORNBURG 13 Aug. 1829 in Berkley Co. Who is the father of Elizabeth? Her marriage bond was signed by John PERRILL and on her death notice it says she was the daughter of John and Elizabeth PERRILL. There must have been 2 John Perrills in the area at the same time. I have the pension papers of the John PERRILL who was married to ELIZABETH PRICE and moved to Ohio. This surely isn't my John. I cannot fit either John or his daughter Elizabeth into this family. I do have a copy of the sale bill of John PERRILL dated 1836. I also have a copy of the appraisement and it mentions a silver watch to go to Thomas PERRILL, Bay mare colt to William PERRILL 25 bushel of flour to John MCFARLAND, chain to Daniel RYSER, 25 bushel Rye to James PORTERFIELD, a tray, candlesticks and vinegar to Thomas PAYNE. The copy is very poor quality and there are more names on the list but I will save them until I can find out who this list of people is. Can anyone help me with this? Does any of the names look familiar? Thanks! Vivian (VMcca43559@aol.com)
