I called their support phone number and they told me they were aware of the problem. They mailed me a free set of disks the same day. I don't know whether or not the DOS, WINDOWS, or IBM versions of the program had the same defect. If I was in your shoes, I would not bother getting replacement disks unless you are having problems with your program. If you still have questions, call the support phone number.
