Ralph Triplett also joined with Grace Kelso Garner for a publication as I recall. Garner published books concerning cemetery and marriage (and other) references independently as well. These books were available via US Mail from the Hoenstine Rental Library, 415 Montgomery St., PO Box 208, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648 (Tel. 814-695-0632) at one time I know. This library had an assortment of old history-reference books regarding Old-Frederick Co., VA which included present Hampshire-Hardy Co.'s WV (the South Branch of the Potomac settlement areas.) Rental wasn't cheap but 'a bunch' less than purchasing every book available. I believe Wilmer Kerns' books encompass at least some of these Triplett-Garner references.
