I'm searching for any rosters of companies of the VA Militia who served in the War of 1812. In particular, I'm looking for a list of men who served under Capt. John Lyle, in the regiment of Col. Griffin Taylor. If anyone has any ideas where I might find such a listing, please let me know. I know it must exist somewhere, I just don't know where to look. Thanks, Anita Turner
