I posted several weeks ago and realized after the fact that I had given the wrong given name for this ancestor. Here goes again. Benjamin Berry b. abt 1774 of Dumfries, Prince William County, VA married there in 1793. I have no info on the first wife. She died abt.1798. He married abt. 1804 his second wife Elizabeth. Elizabeth was b. abt 1774 in Scotland. Elizabeth had been formerly married tosomeone surnamed Wilson however I do not know her maiden name. Benjamin had three children from the first marriage. Child # 1 Mary Berry b. abt. 1794, PW Co. spouse: Bennett Berry Sarah Berry b. abt 1796 PW Co. spouse ? Posey Benjamin Berry b. abt 1798 PW Co. Children of Benjamin and Elizabeth (2nd marriage) William Berry b. abt 1805 married Ann Davis Washington Berry b. abt. 1808 married Delilah Golden Juda Berry b. abt 1809 married James W. Golden Thomas P. Berry b.1812 married Mary A. Barnes, Mary Angle (Heatherly) The family resided in Wood Co WV from abt. 1806 onward.
