Looking for information on my great great grandfather George Huse Shiner, b. Winchester 20 June 1797. He married Rachel Curlet Pierce and they moved west. His parents died and their names are unknown. He and his sister Cynthia were raised by their maternal grandmother Sarah Gibbons Lister. Does anyone know anything about the Shiners at that period?
