I am hoping that some lister might recognize these two names - Matthias Nelson & his wife, Catherine Renner. I have, for some time, tried to learn the names of Matthias' parents but with no luck. He was b. abt. 1770 in the Frederick Ct., VA area. I believe he married Catherine Renner in VA as their first born son, Isaac, from whom I descend, is born there. They later move to Greene Ct., PA and Matthias dies there 18 Aug. 1829. Their son, Isaac, moves on from PA to OH but their other son, Samuel Nelson stays in PA. Any clues as to the identity of Matthias Nelson's parents is greatly appreciated. Thanks Gnanse Nelson
