I am needing a little help. My family Jacob Short(or Schwartz) and wife Eve Gottshalk were supposed to be married in Berkely Co., W Va. abt 1768 (which was Frederick Co at that time) I am unfamiliar with the area and the changing counties and would like to know where someone might have gotten married if they had lived in the area a little while and then moved on south to Botetourt Co,. Va. They were from Montgomery Co., Pa. Any suggestions appreciated. Pam Kirkland
