I am looking to connect Elizabeth HIGHLEY/HIGHLY with her proper parents and ancestors. She was born in VA in 1816, but we are not certain which county in VA. Sometime before 1840 she and her family moved to Monroe County, OH where in 1843 Elizabeth married William Dillon. Does anyone have information on this Highley/Highly family in VA?
