Hi Dottie I have a Philip PORTER bn abt 1765 and d 15 Aug 1800 Hampshire Co. VA. He was killed in a hunting accident. He was survived by his wife and eight children. Philip was md. in Frederick Co. VA, 28 Feb. 1786, to Sarah LARGENT. I can only guess at this time as to the identity of his parents. Philip has some connection, possibly brother, to Elias PORTER who md.
