Hi Nancy, I saw that same article in the Martinsburg, Journal too, not all counties will be on there at first, just the ones with the best information but in yesterdays paper, there was an article which said that WVA is not "an open record" state. I did not know this so I thought I would pass it on to the board. Vickey
