Seeking info on Joseph Hill and wife Frances ?, b ca 1850 who lived in Shenandoah Co, VA. Had son George Hill who married Bettie Cooley in 1894 in Frederick Co, VA. Joseph, Frances and son George should be in 1880 census as George was born in 1874. Need help with marriage and census records.
