Vera, In _Hopewell Friends History, 1734-1934 Frederick County Virginia_ there is: Page 398: James Lohey listed as a witness to the marriage of Benjamin Bond of Bedford County, VA to Susannah Allen of Shenandoah Co, VA on 4th day 9th month, 1794. The index lists this name as Lokey with (Lohey). That's as close as I see in this book.
