John m 1 Barbara Strickler 1794 Shenandoah Co. Va. Barbara b- 1775 Shenandoah Co. d/o Joseph and Barbara Harnish Strickler. Children b in Shenandoah Co. were Joseph, John, Mary/Polly. They then went to Sullivan Co. Tn. Children b there were, Barbara, James, Benjamin, Sarah/Sally. They then migrated to Champaign Co. Ohio. Child b there Lemuel. Barbara Strickler Taylor d- 1817. John then m Catherine Bibler 15 Jan 1818 in Fairfield Co. Ohio. Catherine b- 1795 Rockingham Co. Va d/o Francis and Mary Pence Bibler. Children were Elizabeth, Peter, Noah, Samson, Malachi, and Julia Ann. Catherine d 7 Feb. 1868 Champaign Co. Ohio, she is buried in the Myrtle Tree Cem. next to her 2 husband John Idle. Who were John Taylor Jr. Parents and family? I have bben told they were John Taylor and Magdaline James Taylor of the Shenandoah Valley and later Fairfield Co. Ohio. Any info is welcome.
